Wiping mould off a wall removes the visible colony. The spores that started it are still circulating through the room and the air conditioning.
Mould needs moisture, an organic surface and spores. Bathrooms, wardrobes, split systems and ducted air handlers supply all three, which is why the same patch returns a few weeks after it was cleaned. Bleach lightens the stain but leaves the root structure in the surface and does nothing about the spores in the air.

Why does mould come back after I clean it?
Because cleaning removes the colony but not the spores in the air or the moisture that feeds the next one. Treating the air and the air conditioner is what breaks the cycle.
Is San-Air safe to use around children and pets?
The San-Air range uses plant-based active ingredients and is made in Australia. The V3R disinfectant is TGA listed (ARTG 341853). Follow the directions on each product.
Which product do I need for a split-system air conditioner?
The V3R Split System Reactive Gel (15 g) sits inside the unit. Ducted systems use the V3R Air Handler Bio-Clean Gel in 250 g, 500 g or 1 kg.
