Green Drain
Allows water and debris to pass through while preventing pathogens, noxious fumes and pests from entering up through the drain.
Green Drain™, a waterless trap seal for floor drains, is the main item available to give organisations assurance against the spread of infectious microorganisms and particulates.

Three things a water trap cannot do on its own.
Stops what comes up the drain
Sewer gas, odours, drain flies, cockroaches and aerosols cannot pass the closed silicone skirt. Water and debris still flow down freely.
Simple install, easy removal
Lift the grate, drop the Green Drain into the pipe, replace the grate. No tools. Lift it out the same way to clean it.
Saves water, costs and energy
A trap that seals without water does not need priming, flushing or trap primers, so it saves the water and the labour that keep a wet trap alive.

A one-way valve for your floor drain.
Inside the ABS housing sits a soft silicone skirt. Running water pushes it open; the moment the flow stops it closes and seals against sewer gas, odours and pests. Because it seals with silicone instead of water, it never dries out the way an ordinary trap can, even when a floor waste goes weeks without use.
Four flexible silicone sealing ribs on the outside hold the unit snugly in pipes with size variations. Green Drain is a supplementary trap-seal protection device under WMTS-522:2021. It works alongside the existing water trap and protects the room when that trap evaporates.
Specifications: floor drain trap seal, UV resistant, ABS plastic frame, silicone rubber sealing skirt, four flexible sealing ribs.
Sizes and dimensions
Measure the inside diameter of the pipe under the grate and match it to the "fits pipe" range. The hybrid GD3/35 and GD35/4 cover an Australian bathroom's smaller grate opening over a larger pipe.

Stop the spread of microorganisms in drainage systems.
With waterborne pathogens travelling through the drainage systems commonly found in these industries, disease transmission rates can spike if the issue is left unresolved.
Traditional cleaning methods are mostly ineffective against biofilm and other microorganisms, but Green Drain™ blocks the pathway itself by leveraging its patented silicone skirt technology.
